First team foundation has a management board that creates and monitors the guidelines and principles of the foundation. We also have a board of advisors that advise and suggest new ways of collaboration. The Committee Of Honor handles professional contacts and is also an administrative department.

The first team crew is made up of professional people in charge of the different areas of the foundation: Communication, Coordination, Cultural Management, Production, Administration, Institutional Relations and Creative Direction.

First team works with several service enterprises. The positive growth of the foundation is based on the collaborative spirit of those enterprises. We are grateful for the help of our sponsors that give us endless supplies and materials and provide our offices in Madrid and the shooting set.
